We spent two years travelling the subcontinent — not as tourists, but as students. What we brought back to Vancouver's Main Street isn't fusion food. It's the real thing, cooked with the craft and intention it deserves.
Alongside the kitchen, we built a bar that treats Indian aromatics — tamarind, cardamom, saffron, rose — as the primary ingredients they are. Every cocktail pairs with something on the menu.
From Awadhi dum to Malabar moilee — every dish has a regional origin. We name where it's from because the origin is part of the flavour.
